Visited recently with my friend Val who needed a wig. Shirley was absolutely brilliant, it must be one of the most traumatic things to loose your hair,especially for a woman, but Shirley made us both feel at ease. She had the style in stock that Val wanted, but not the colour, she was on the phone immediately and ordered it. When we went back she showed Val how to wear, and look after the wig, Val looked superb, so natural. Actually I sorry I wasn’t getting one. What a lovely person Shirley is, and I would highly recommend her. Also very reasonable prices. Thanks Shirley xx

I was so scared and nervous last Saturday when I got to My Second Image, I didn’t know what to expect. When we got to the shop it was closed. I rang the number on the door and Shirley answered she said she just got back home, I handed the phone to my husband and he spoke to Shirley to make an appointment with her, he gave the phone back to me and said she’s coming back to see you! I was so grateful that she came back it was so kind of her I felt very special. Shirley walked through the door and it was like she new exactly what I needed, she gave me reassurance, dignity & confidence. Anybody that has to go through choosing something like this I would recommend highly Shirley.

Today i visited shirley. Diane and Carly to have my 2 children’s hair cut they are 2 and 3 and shirley was fantastic with them. Praising them and encouraging them thoughout. Everyone was very patient and reassuring both children look fantastic. So pleased.
I too had a wash and blow dry while my children were being pampered thank you Carly after just having had a baby i feel like a yummy mummy. See you again soon ladies.
